Our background includes experience in Michelin-starred restaurants as well as exclusive private kitchens, where we refined a culinary style that is sophisticated, precise, and deeply human. Over the years, we have worked with high-profile clients and developed our own culinary ventures, always guided by excellence and attention to detail.
Today, all of that knowledge, technique, and passion are proudly placed at the service of our clients in Dallas. Chef Xavier Grenet, a graduate of L’École Française de la Gastronomie Ferrandi and L’École Hôtelière de Lausanne, has over 30 years of culinary experience. He trained in Michelin-starred restaurants in France and served as head chef for films by Luc Besson. Now at Hello Chef, he merges French techniques with Southwestern flavors, creating innovative dishes that impress diners.
Chef Laurent Poupart, a graduate of The Culinary Institute of Strasbourg, brings over 30 years of expertise to “Hello Chef Catering.” Trained in Michelin-starred restaurants like Le Crocodile in Strasbourg, La Palme d’Or in Cannes, and L’Auberge du Vieux Puits, he blends classic French techniques with Mediterranean influences from Spain, Morocco, and Italy. Having worked at renowned establishments like Les Celebrites in New York, Poupart has also served as a private chef for high-profile clients, including Kevin Costner, Cindy Crawford, Gerald Ford, and Darwin Deason. His catering offers sophisticated, globally inspired dishes, perfect for any occasion.
